Will there be a color difference between the edge banding and the board?
We can make 1:1 color matching samples based on the board samples provided by customers. Before mass production, we will provide samples for customers to confirm to ensure that the color and texture are highly matched; Due to the influence of lighting and shooting equipment, there may be slight color differences between the images displayed online and the actual products. Please refer to the actual samples for accuracy.

Is the edge banding strip prone to delamination and cracking?
Our edge banding strips are made from high-quality raw materials, have good flexibility, and are compatible with mainstream edge banding machines and hot melt adhesives. We can also customize pre-coated versions according to customer needs. Combined with the correct edge banding process (such as appropriate temperature, pressure, and speed), delamination and cracking problems can be effectively avoided.

What are the differences between edge banding strips made of different materials? How to choose?
PVC edge banding offers high cost-effectiveness and a wide range of colors, making it the most widely used type. ABS edge banding boasts higher hardness, better toughness, and stronger temperature resistance, reducing the likelihood of whitening and is often used in high-end furniture. PP edge banding is environmentally friendly, free of plasticizers, and is frequently used in food contact applications or scenarios with high environmental requirements.
