Founded in 2016, Huizhou Jumei New Materials Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of high-end custom furniture environmentally friendly edge banding. Our company covers an area of 10,000 square meters, with 25 automated production equipment and more than 60 workshop workers.
We introduced foreign precision automation equipment, selects high quality raw materials at home and abroad, and is equipped with a professional R&D, production, sales team, at present, our factory has obtained IS09001 quality management system and IS014001 environmental management system certification. QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS
Our company implements a standardized full‑process quality inspection system, conducting strict quality control from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, to ensure stable performance of edge banding strips in dimension, appearance and physical properties. Raw Material Incoming Inspection
Precisely slits finished products into various widths with standard dimensions, compatible with all types of furniture.

On‑line Production Patrol Inspection
Real‑time monitoring during extrusion, printing and casting processes, including thickness, width, flatness, surface gloss, printing definition and color difference, to adjust equipment parameters timely.

Physical Performance Test
Sample inspection for tensile strength, elongation at break and flexibility to ensure the strips are crack‑resistant and fracture‑resistant for furniture edge sealing.

Appearance Quality Inspection
Manual and visual inspection to ensure no scratches, bubbles, impurities, color difference, missing printing or edge warping; uniform wood grain/solid color patterns and smooth burr‑free edges.

Dimensional Precision Inspection
Accurate measurement of thickness, width and straightness with calipers. Specifications are verified after slitting to keep dimensional errors within standard range for mass furniture production.

Weather Resistance & Environmental Protection Test
Tests for yellowing resistance, friction resistance, high/low temperature resistance; strict control of formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful substances to meet furniture industry environmental standards.

Finished Product Sampling Before Delivery
Random sampling of finished rolls for rechecking appearance, dimensions and performance. Qualified products are labeled and warehoused to guarantee stable quality for customers.
